This month’s episode focuses on the progression of a career path. Thruout the history of the podcast, all my guests are also medical students / personnel like me, but now, our new guest will give us a different perspective in terms of career! Listen as we reminisce on how we ended up doing what we consider now our careers.

Me and a guest just discovered a new podcast segment: mga ma-boteng usapan! An episode where a random guest and I would be drinking something with alcohol while recording for a more authentic viewpoints! In this episode, we tried to answer certain questions revolving around love and career.

After 17 months (that’s almost 2 years) of not recording and just mainly focusing on our individual lives, we’re back at it again with a new fresh episode, the right way to start the new year right! Join us once again in this episode as we try to recall how the past year and a half had been away from the podcasting mic.

Growing up in PH, the month of July has been a symbol of remembering healthy living through nutritious diet. This has been dubbed as "Nutrition Month" for God knows when, and for this month's episode we will dive further into that!

The month of June is very iconic in the Philippines as this symbolizes freedom from oppressors, independence from conquerors, and a mark of having our own, recognized identity separate from all the others. Yet June has also become iconic worldwide as this month has been used to symbolize the acceptance of our friends and families in the LGBTQ community. But regardless, you can tell that June has been a month of freedom (in whatever metaphor). Hence for this episode, we will be talking about freedom in different aspects and scenarios! And by the end of the discussion, we will be answering the overarching question: Is being independent/free leads to a better life in general?

Labor Day falls on the first day of May so what better topic to discuss than Labor, productivity, hustle, and other topics that surrounds it on this month’s episode!
